Cuppa and chat tackles loneliness in Bath

It’s a bright sunny day at Tucker’s Grave Inn, which is buzzing as people of all generations get together for SWAN Transport’s fortnightly cuppa and chat.

Edie is one of the young volunteers who helps out at this community transport event in Bath.

Community transport is so much more than travel and logistics, by bringing people together for social events it fosters a sense of belonging and community for people who otherwise can become extremely isolated and lonely.
